Course Access & Usage

  • Course access is granted upon successful payment and is non-transferable
  • Lifetime access means access for the life of the course on our platform
  • We reserve the right to update or modify course content for accuracy
  • Courses may be discontinued or removed at our discretion with appropriate notice
  • You may not record, reproduce, or redistribute course content without permission
  • Course completion certificates are provided upon meeting specified requirements
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (within 30 days of purchase)

Intellectual Property

  • All content on Raah Academy is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Course materials, videos, and resources are owned by Raah Academy or licensed instructors
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • You may download materials for personal learning purposes only
  • Raah Academy trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without permission
  • User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it
  • We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid infringement claims

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or instructors
  • Using the platform for illegal activities or purposes
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from our platform
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bypass restrictions
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Reselling courses or access credentials

Payment & Billing

  • All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout
  • Payment is due immediately upon course enrollment
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
  • Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Promotional pricing is subject to terms and conditions of each offer
  • Failed payments may result in suspended access to content
  • All sales are final except as outlined in our refund policy

Disclaimers & Limitations

  • Courses are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from taking courses
  • Career advancement, job placement, or certification success is not guaranteed
  • Platform availability is not guaranteed; downtime may occur for maintenance
  • We are not liable for third-party content, links, or services
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
  • We are not responsible for loss of data due to technical issues

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Raah Academy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Before initiating arbitration, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve the issue informally.

Governing Law
